In 2024, Clarity is working with First 5 Contra Costa County to convene an Advisory Committee to guide a series of community and stakeholder input sessions to understand the critical and priority needs of the early childcare and education workforce, to design a compensation enhancement program.
Working with a city department to gather youth feedback on a survey redesign
Clarity engaged 129 youth through 23 sessions to test and refine DCYF's survey, leading to the creation of a new tool that accurately reflects youth priorities for use in programs over the next five years.
Working with County Department of Health Services to examine and address workplace culture and climate issues
Clarity designed a process, tools, and action plans for the County Department of Health Services to examine and attend to changing workplace culture and climate issues.
Working with Santa Cruz County Human Services Department to understand the needs of their aging population
In 2023, we were hired to do a community needs assessment (CNA) for the Santa Cruz County Human Services Department to understand the strengths and challenges of their aging and elderly population to inform their Master Plan on Aging.
Working with a City Department to develop a 5-year funding strategy
Clarity worked closely with the DCYF Leadership to convene a series of all-staff meetings to review CNA data, identify gaps in services, and prioritize them.
Working with a nonprofit organization to build resilience and social emotional learning in K-12 schools
Since 2019, our team has supported Acknowledge Alliance with evaluation services with the goal of servicing reporting requirements attached to key funding sources.
