CLIENT: First 5 Contra Costa Compensation Enhancement Pilot | PROJECT LENGTH: 6 months

In 2024, Clarity Clarity is working with First 5 Contra Costa County to convene an Advisory Committee to guide a series of community and stakeholder input sessions to understand the critical and priority needs of the early childcare and education workforce, to design a compensation enhancement program.

Experts in guaranteed income programs and in local and national ECE administration will also provide input via key informant and group interviews to ensure an equitable pilot program is developed to begin addressing the retention issues the ECE workforce faces in Contra Costa County.
